OK. I just tried this and it worked for me. 
I clicked on the 3rd link down "for more info". Took me to a different
sign up page the the unsub or change email page. Typed in a new address
and clicked on subscribe ( or whatever the go button is)( just did it
and I cannot remember). 
Got 2 e-mails in a short time. (less than 1 minute) 
first one was had ecartis command request in the subject line. That
e-mail said a new e-mail was coming that I had to respond to to confirm.
second e-mail had subscribe in the subject line. This one I had to
respond to with the entire confirm e-mail. 
did this and less than a minute later had a confirmed e-mail. 
Maybe the 3rd link is the trick.

Right. and I can't get freelists to change my e-mail either. I can NEVER
login..I always get an error no matter what I do...nuff to drive a body
to
drink. Almost. gurgle
