I am happy that you like using these shortcuts. Because I have 
neck and
shoulder problems, I try to utilize navigational aids that use 
both hands as
much as I can. I find that left mouse clicking all of the times 
really
bothers my right side.

Then you need to consider getting a pen and tablet.  I have mine 
set up so touching the tablet is the left click and the right 
click is set up to press what used to be the left click on the 
pen.    Tablet and pen is so easy and not like the mouse where 
it feels like you have a club in your hand.

The tablet and pen is very freeing.
