Thank you for the "WinKey, tap E" shortcut. Follow-up question now. I'm first to agree that Win XP is superior to Win 98 for stability, system restore, and other neat features. How is it that in Win 98, to configure all folders to open in Explore (all the time when clicking My Computer), all that was needed was to go to (mind you, this was a one-time move that set the folders for all time) was to go to ... View, Folder Options, File Types, Folder, Edit, Explore, Set Defaults, Close, Close ... and that made a permanent Explore look to every folder (which could always be returned to Open, if wanted).. How come that with Win XP, an advanced system, the above option is not available? --- Harold Original Question: > Using Windows XP ...
