If you're talking about IE when she surfs, tell her to go to:
Tools in top menu,
second thing down is Pop Up Blocker with a right arrow
and there she can turn it on.

Hi everyone,
I have a friend who got a new computer recently. She uses DSL
and has
windows XP home edition. She is having a lot of problems with
popups. I seem to
recall there is some way to stop them other than using a popup
blocker. Any ideas
or thoughts would be appreciated
Cindy
