-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Picture Attachments

Judith, I agree and have tried to explain to her how to do this and even
set it up once on her computer, but she somehow managed to change it.
She's an elderly lady (87) and I give her credit for even learning and
using her computer, so I'll do it the way Don suggested. She's used to
doing it her way, so I'll let it be :o) ~Glo

Explain to her that if she inserts the pictures and doesn't use
the attachment feature, it would help those she's sending the
pictures to.
If she uses OE, it's:
Click Format in her email
Select Rich Text (HTML)
Then Click Insert, Picture
and the picture will be inserted where her cursor is.

Much better way of sending pictures.

Hi again, knew I had another question but had a senior moment
there and
forgot it. When I get a list of attachments, like 12 pictures,
I have
to open them one at a time, close it, then go to the next one.
This
gets old real quick, plus I lose my place and 12 turns into 15.
In
W-Media there's an arrow at the bottom to view as a slide show,
but it
picks up pictures of ads and all kinds of stuff, but not the
attachments
I'm trying to view. Do the attachments have to be saved first
to view
as a slide show? I hate when someone sends me all that stuff at
once
anyway, but I have a friend who does it all the time and I need
a better
way to do this. ~Glo
