OK, now I see what you are talking about. I like this program.. I'll have
to use it some more and it might eventually replace FoxIt. Anyway, there
isn't any perfect way to do it, but it works pretty well if you just space
over to the next field. That makes it all one field, so all the numbers
will be lined up better (top and bottom) and you can move the whole thing at
once to adjust it. That might not work to well depending on the spaces
between fields (compared to the width of a space), but you probably could
adjust that better if you play with the font size a little. Sorry, but I do
not see any better way than that with PDF XChange. Maybe other programs
might have ways to automatically find where the fields are in forms, but I
would think such an advanced option would probably be on an expensive
program if any have that feature yet.

Actually, I see a few free programs that let you add real form fields to PDF
docs (PDF XChange doesn't add form fields, it just adds text comment
overlays). PDFill (http://www.pdfill.com/) looks promising. I'll see if I
can find time to check it out.

Thank you
PDF XChange Viewer is freeware. All PDF docs. come to me via this program,
which works well as a viewer, but beyond that it is very difficult, at least

for me.

I attach the long form, I was trying to complete, using the typewriter tool.

If you have the time, yes, I would be grateful to see how you get on,
completing perhaps just the Date of Birth boxes on page 1. Sorry I don't
know how to attach just part of the form
