She should get with her ISP technical department to find out the proper name
of the servers she is suppose to use.

My sister-in-law just mailed me a problem. She has windows 98SE. when she
goes to Outlook Express It says Pop3 could not be found and be sure you have
right server's name. It takes her forever to get online. She has tusco net
as
her server. How can I help her to fix this? I don't have outlook as I have
AOL.
