I have been to PCPitstop only two or three times.  Several years ago it 
seems that it did fix things upon request without a fee.  I don't know what 
they are doing now. Last time I visited I only ran the diagnostic and did 
not ask for any fixes.  So we still don't know much more than we did! Sorry.
