I did just what was on the e-mail you sent and all I  got was "there was an 
error with your instalation. then it asks do I want to add more units ( 
apparently the one that is listed is not right) and even when I say yes and 
it goes into that mode it STILL comes back the same..there was an error 
blahhhhhhh.  I even used the disk that came with the cord...I feel like 
shooting it...hisssssssssssssssssssssss. Done this 6 times with 3 cds and 
always the same results....
