You're almost hearing exactly what I was thinking.  According to the 
extremely limited info I was able to find on that file, My Documents is its 
default location.  Nothing I found referred to it as something that is used 
by crackers, virus or malware writers.  It's part of a Remote Connection 
software that is supposed to allow you to connect to your own computer from 
a remote location, usually using your laptop.

My advice at this point is to use WinZip to compress it, delete the original 
and leave the zip file right where the original was.  If something was using 
it, you should get an error the next time it tries.  If the error indicates 
a program you actually want and, at that point, fully understand and agree 
as to why it needs this remote connectivity, you can simply pull the file 
back out of the zip and get on with things.       :O)
