In OE you can make Business and any other folder also.
I have a question about the ME OS, where do you find the Find Files and Folders
like Win98 has in the Start botton?

Yes, OE has only "contacts". That's what I came from on my old system.
Outlook is part of the small business edition and has many other
capabilities that I'm just beginning to explore. For example, when you
bring up your address book, you select "accounts" "business contacts" or
"contacts" to find e-mail addresses. Anyone have Outlook and know the
difference?
