Yes, OE has only "contacts".  That's what I came from on my old system.
Outlook is part of the small business edition and has many other
capabilities that I'm just beginning to explore.  For example, when you
bring up your address book, you select "accounts" "business contacts" or
"contacts" to find e-mail addresses.  Anyone have Outlook and know the
difference?

All my e-mail addresses are "contacts."  What's the difference between
"business contacts," "contacts," and "accounts?"   I.e., when would I use
the other two?  (I use my computer for work and personal, but that doesn't
seem to be the distinction.)
