I use binders and just have an external catalog program that tells me what
binder and page the thing I'm looking for is on.

| Looking for a simple way to organize my Software CDs without
| spending a fortune for the ones that pull them out when you
| click on a software program.
|
| Now I use the CD holders from:
|
| http://www.discsavers.com
|
| because they don't take up a lot of room and I can see the CDs
| through them. I don't like the ones you buy at Wal-Mart. A
| pack of 100 costs $30 to hold my CDs.
|
| Anyway, I want to know what others do to keep organized. Open
| to any and all suggestions so long as it is simple and doesn't
| cost an arm and a leg.
|
| I thought about storing them in some type of clear rubbermaid
| rectangular type thingie with index cards sticking up and
| alphabetising them. That way they would stack one on top of the
| other or the plastic sheets you buy to put in 3 ring binders
| from Office Depot and labeling the outside to be what type of
| Software is in each one.
