    While I'm really glad you're not TOO hurt, I do believe it's time to 
pick up the phone (or open a chat box) and have a little pow-wow with their 
customer service.  I'm a little disappointed that all of your hard work 
didn't make things better, I'm glad that you had the opportunity to use it 
for practice.  Plus, you've already done most, if not all, of the things 
they'll likely tell you to try.  The next step is replacing something (RAM & 
mainboard are the strongest culprits), which we can't do by email. 
lol
