No your feed might be frozen. They are rarely seen sleeping during the day. 
And it could be Dad. They take turns on the nest. It is really neat to see 
them switch places. Then you can see the eggs. Dad does more nest cleaning 
and straightening than Mom does.
I will post some links to some amazing video of these two.
They get almost 4 million hits a day so sometimes if freezes up.
When the sun goes down, they will replay all the daytime video. So can 
always see. And it is really neat to hear her yell at him. Yes she does most 
the yelling. And when switching places, she just jumps up and leaves, when 
Dad is on the eggs and she returns, she has to push him off the eggs. It is 
so sweet.
