When my uncle reinstalled his nortons internet security, in one view(when
clicking on the program icon and the box comes up), I see checks by
everything like it is working, in another view there are some x's and an x
on the antivirus part. This is even after he paid online to renew his
subscription. I think this also came bundled with his computer. I cannot
get it to scan.
