I did as you suggested, I found the 3M antiglare sleeves and placed them on 
the lights directly above me and put each on the ouitside. The sleeves do 
help some but as you pointed out. No light, too much light, whatever you 
need to give your eyes a rest. And remember to blink, stare at a far away 
object...I didn'y try OS alarm long enough to work but I'll get an app to 
remind my butt to do the above :) I have lamps, not bulbs......gottcha ;)
