Hi I use an application called "RegCleaner" by JV16 powertools. I have been using it for years. I thought it went from free to buy, but I found this web site that says you can d/l it free. However, they call it by a different name. Take a look and see what you think. http://www.webmasterfree.com/regcleaner.html The following one calls it by its name. http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/archives/reg-cleaner4.3.htm Here is a sight that says it is the last freeware version of RegCleaner by JV16 powertools. http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/index.html I am taking it a face value that these are the same applications I use. After you down load it and run it, install a shortcut to your desktop. My icon looks like The draw back to the program is that they do list the file extensions with and without the given name of the application you are trying to remove. So it ends up that you will not remove ALL the files, but enough that it will not work and will not come back (at least for me it does that). This program removes the files you indicate for removal from the registry. It has a backup section that you can restore them if you want. So if you do some removal and then find out it goofed up something else, you can restore the files you removed. Life is what happens in between plans.
