This should happen only when you try to delete a message in the Delted Items
folder. To avoid the hassle highlight all the messages you want to delete
then press delete. You get the prompt only once. Or, to delete everything
in the deleted items folder simply right click on the folder name and select
Empty Deleted Items Folder. One prompt and everything gets deleted.
