that is unckrecked yes............when I have to replace that dll
I copy it and make sure everything is closed and go open Windows system 32
amd paste it there............then I reboot  and alll is ok

Pat, you're doing this in OE, right?  I mean not IE.  Tools, Options,
Security tab should show a little globe with a couple of options next to it,
then right under that is one that says warn me when others try to send mail
as me (check that) and the next one says "Do not allow attachments to be
saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" (uncheck that).
