I reinstalled Mozilla...AND went to the site clicked on "install now" and
got a box that says download..so I did again and same thing...Win can't open
it... I still must be doing sompin wrong...sighhh.

Sorry; I thought you were using Firefox, but I just noticed in your
previous e-mail that you said Mozilla. The extension is only for
Firefox. (Same company, two different products - oft. confused)

If you _are_ using Firefox, you have to ensure that the browser can
install extensions before you attempt to do so.

Click on Tools menu >> Options >> Web Features. Put a tick in the
"Allow websites to install software" box. Close Firefox and restart
it, then attempt to visit the link and install the extension.

When you're finished installing, you may want to un-tick that box
again, for security.
