I have actmovie.exe also. I checked the properties and it seems to be ok, I 
scanned it for virus and it is clear. I clicked it and nothing happened.

  I searched my system for the real Notepad and found it in C:\I386 so I made a 
new shortcut for my taskbar from that one and deleted the problem one.  
Whatever actmovie.exe is, it is still on my system - don't know if I should 
delete it or not but at least I got Notepad back.
