What Norton software are you referring to? The Anti-Spam software? If so,
she has probably configured it incorrectly. To confirm that, disable the
anti-spam program and disable the message rule it created and then wait to
receive some mail. If it goes to the correct inbox, the problem is most
likely the configuration of the Norton software.
