No they are files you deleted...but not mail...you need to go where I told you 
in the windows folder....the .dbx are the only files you are interested in 
unless they .eml ....that is the actual mail.

  on the bottom half of this dir snoop thingy, it says 54397  under recycled
  do i do anything with the strange numbers under that?
