Brenda,
If this email is as important as you say, and you are as sleepy and unable
to concentrate as you describe, then you should not be attempting to salvage
it at this time.  Perhaps some sleep and then go back through the
instructions these people have  provided you with, and if when you are
refreshed you still have difficulties understanding what they are telling
you to do then maybe it is time to take your computer to someone with more
experience to help you.
