Basically, you run the utility and it identifies all the stuff that's 
installed.  Check the ones you don't want and it'll uninstall those items. 
My advice is to always remove anything you're not using or going to use so 
the system can run at its max potential, so you'll find me doing this with 
any new system I am expected to maintain (i.e. all of my customer's new 
systems get this treatment as a free service from me).
