Unless there is a NEED to LIMIT the access to the 2nd computer you will 
be better off taking the cable from the main router and plugging it into 
a switch and plugging the 2 computers into that switch, this way you 
don't need to have both pc's running and you don't have to run any 
special software on pc1 for pc2 to work.

[--VPN Router--]    set to 192.168.x.1, DHCP enabled here if needed.
