It's a killer utility, that's for sure.  I'm also discovering that some 
online scanners I had written off a while back are now so much improved that 
the malware removal pros are using them to attack more difficult things. 
Panda's online scanner comes immediately to mind, but there are others I 
just don't recall right now (too darn tired.   lol)
