Rudy,
Make it easy on both of you and use Crossloop instead. Both sides need
to download and install the program, ignoring any suggestions to create a
Log-in membership (those are only for using/working their forums and you'll
be avoiding that). When you're ready, both will fire up the app, again
avoiding membership offers. She'll go to the Share tab and you'll go to the
Access tab. She'll tell you the access code that she gats and you'll enter
it into your Access tab area. When you're ready, both will then click on
the big Connect button and you'll be looking at her desktop in about 10
seconds. Be aware that there is a security timer designed into the program.
If you wait longer than two minutes after she clicks her connect button
before you click yours, it'll just time out. So, it's best to give the 'Go'
signal over the phone. Coordinating over an IM program would be a best
second choice. If you use email, you'll have to constantly tell your email
program to 'look again' in order to catch her 'I just clicked on it' reply
before the two minutes runs out.

Peace,
Gman
