Hi Don.
If you can get it, download Avast Antivirus Free Home version from
www.avast.com and put it on a cd-rom. Then you could run a scan from the cd
and probably get rid of whatever is ailing your machine.
The reason I suggest this is because I have used both Avast and AVG and have
had Avast find things that AVG didnt even see. Things that got on my machine
before I became more computer savvy.
Anyhow, I hope you get it fixed.
Have a great day, Scott.

I have a virus on my W98SE system that I don't know how to
get rid of. I don't have a name for it. All I know is that it
continuously tries to download some exe programs from
zviframe.biz. So to keep from having the virus interfere
with other functions on the computer, I have to refrain
from connecting to the internet. I would like to Google
zviframe.biz and see what info that would yield but if I
connect to the internet the active part of the virus gets
reloaded and I cannot access the internet.

Can anyone with internet access research this for me.
My version of AVG does not find a virus but it is an
older version and I cannot connect to the internet and
download an updated version.

Thanks in advance.

Don Elias
