From the full description of the Trojan:
This Trojan may be downloaded from remote sites by other malware. It may be
installed manually by a user. It may be downloaded unknowingly by a user
when visiting malicious Web sites.
Unfortunately, there's no way to tell yet which sites might be infected
unless you're running a security app that can detect it before it causes
damage. I'll post any new info I find on this as I find it.
