Zone alarm is set to allow update...Sometimes it updates and sometimes it 
doesn't. I was just curious WHERE this info is in CASE I ever needed it.

Are you using a firewall, for example, Zone Alarm? Perhaps the firewall 
isn't permitting the live update to occur. If so, try disabling it for the 
time being.

install? When I inserted my disk, I only saw a full installation.
