-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Multiple scanners permissable?

Up until my last reinstall of XP, I was using two scanners with no problem. So,
to answer your question, yes you can have 2 scanners on your system.

| I currently have an Epson Perfection 1650 scanner. I have been in need of a
| stand-alone copier for a while and caved in and purchased an Epson Stylus
| CX6400.
|
| I have not installed it yet, I am using it as a copier at the moment. But I
| can use it as a scanner and printer as well.
|
| My inquiry: Will having two scanner devices on the same computer be ok? Any
| conflicts? I use Paint Shop Pro, and PhotoShop. Problems? Anyone know? Two
| employees at the store say no problem, but the manager said two scanners
| did not work on her machine. However, I know she is using Windows 95. I am
| using Windows XP Professional.
|
| I will hold off installing until I see what some of us say. We are seldom
| wrong here.
|
| Thank you.
