-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Mouse Problem

When it comes to wireless devices, I highly recommend rechargeable
batteries. They will save you a ton of cash in the long run and they eat up
less of the world's resources, too. They come with a base that plugs
directly into a USB port and the handheld mouse itself that communicates
wirelessly with that base. Some models have the base designed as a docking
station that can be used to recharge the batteries within the mouse.
Non-doscking models will require you to also have a charging station (a
separate device for recharging the batteries) for your rechargeable
batteries if you choose to go that route. You'll have to check for yourself
if any of the docking types allow the batteries to be replaced if they run
out of ability to hold power after a while. In other words, even
rechargeables will eventually lose their ability to hold a charge, but they
last so much longer than throw away types that they save you money and
reduce their effects on the environment.

Peace,
Gman
