Merrill, when the window opens in minimized view, left click the edge or a 
corner and drag it out to the size you want.  The next time you open it, it'll 
open to the last size you set it at. ~Glo

  I'm using IE 6.  Whenever I click a link or try to open a site the window
  comes up as minimized.   This is something new.  Wasn't always like this.
  How do I get the new windows to open in a maimed or normal view.
