When you use rules & want to put in a phrase i.e. 'if you have gotten this in 
error" should you use the quote marks in the phrase in the rule ?

I use OE, and I noticed just putting in a name from one of a repeating spammer 
really makes the mail server slow down considerably while receiving messages 
before loading...
