I don't see how.  I am gussing, at this point it may be a registry error.  I 
use PC Pitstop a lot on several computers and it will usually yell at you for 
memory at > 512 and of course we  don't know how much 
  memory you have or how much you are using.
   
  Have you tried any of Kelley's tools?  He has quite an array.  If not here is 
one that might help make sure it complies with your system before using it
