Steve,
As far as I know (and what I know is rather limited on this topic) the
codec, video card and monitor ALL have to support any Digital Rights
Management (DRM) code included in the file you're trying to watch or it will
automatically revert to a much lower resolution, which is probably why it's
coming through so fuzzy. I don't know of any workarounds for this.
