-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Looking for Outllok Express Add-On

Excuse me, but we most certainly *DO* have the right to know if you have
searched Google or done anything else to solve your problem. If you want my
help, you will tell me EVERYTHING about your problem... incliuding anything
you have done to try to resolve it. The one thing I hate most is suggesting
a possible solution only to get a reply saying that has already been tried.
That typically ends my participation in the thread. Especially when it is a
long and technical solution that is carefully written to insure
understanding of the process.

As for "using an email that came into my system", why did that prevent you
from changing the subject? If you have been online for as long as you say
you have, then you should know how to create a new message with the proper
subject, or at least how to change the subject ( and why it is good
netiquette to do so) when you "reply" to an existing message to save typing
in the address (That is the peak of laziness in my book, and I should know
because I do it too).

While it may seem that he is the only one with a problem, he isn't. You
have one too.

Don
