-=PCTechTalk=- Re: LISTMAKER - program

Thank you!
Do you know if there is a place that it can be downloaded without paying to
join pcmag? I did some searching, but didn't find it.

Cris,
I just use PC Magazine's TreePrint 1.1 (Written by Steve E. Sipe). It's
a much older program (2000), but it works great in any MS OS. It gives you
the choice of listing the filenames or not. There are other options, too.
Below is a copy of its output when I had it scan a subfolder that contains
subfolders. Note that it starts with a path statement showing where it
started and doesn't include that path in the tree structure. It just gives
the structure from where you start.

TreePrint listing of: K:\FTP\!MUST HAVE\UTILITIES\FILE INDEXING\DIR LISTS

K:\FTP\!MUST HAVE\UTILITIES\FILE INDEXING\DIR LISTS

+---Directory Printer 1.2 (Karen Kenworthy)

\---PC Magazine's TreePrint 1.1

\---TREEPRT

Peace,
GMan
