New Orleans is strange.....believe it or not, they do that often 
during merry-making (bare breasts).  Additionally, I heard someone 
suggested that women in New Orleans "bare breasts" to raise money for 
the relief effort.  Not sure if it was a joke or serious.  I'm not 
making any excuses....just stating facts <G>

I cannot refute the accusation.  I guess, if it's true, I can say it 
was wrong.....and the good news is that it is one incident 
overshadowed by millions of acts of heroism and genuine help that is 
occurring every day in New Orleans.
