Don,
I fear I may still not fully understand the question. If you're
referring to entries other than what you included in your post, I would have
no idea what they are without more of a description of what you're seeing.
Perhaps a screenshot might be the best way to get past this barrier.
There are many places other than this registry key that are used to
dictate and control startup processes. Are you certain that the blank
entries in question both point to HKCU and not the HKLM hive?
