   Most people ae deficient in Magnesium and B complex, it's cofactors. They 
alone can really help with Migraines.  What also can help is the amino acid, 
SAM-e, which got rid of my neighbor's migraines.
   Also, fresh or freeze dried Feverfew leaves.....
