-=PCTechTalk=- Re: Interesting Phenomenom

I have fibromyalgia, degenrative disk & joint disease & osteo arthritis &
more...
one of the 1st things my rhuematologist recommended was Malic acid. while I did
not notice any difference, my hubby did & it also helps any bruising go away
faster ..
We also use many different rubs for when the muscle spasms get tight & bad ( we
both had cervical diskectomies & fusions) and one that hubby likes the best,
for now, is a gel form of Arnica. another is Triflora.
I do not know what MSM is ???
And may I ask where , who is suggesting these difffernt vitamins & herbals,
gets their info? I would be very interested.
We are both tired of having to take so many medications... not to mention the
cost, but then good supplements also cost $$$
thanks, Faythe

>>> product was recommended to me called FibroMalic.
It has Malic Acid and magnesium in it. It also has MSM and B6 in it.
It was expensive so now I just buy Magnesium and Malic Acid Separately now.
and I have my MSM and my Glucosomine - but I just bought my MSM in a combination
with Glucosamine - for a better price for at least equivilant dosages.
Do you have a vitamin world near you? They have specials the beginning of every
month - coupons etc that make them affordable.
