Don't use the links provided within that article. Instead, open up IE
and go to Windows Update manually. You'll then need to look through the
list of Recommended updates for it (KB958644). You can also get it through
the link below for all supported versions of Windows.

If you still get an error, it may mean that the patch has already been
automatically applied.
