Rick, are you sure ALL your IRQ's are being used? IRQ's run from 0 to
15, the motherboard uses about 1/2 of them for its built in functions.
Some mob's use just about every IRQ, some others leave a few available
for the card slots.
Some have certain IRQ's assigned to certain slot combinations along with
possibly some of the mobo's built-in functions.

sometimes you can free up an IRQ by shuffling which card is plugged into
which slot.

Some OS's, such as XP can share some IRQ's amongst multiple devices, but
not just any device combination.
I've even had some luck with 98se sharing IRQ's.

I've run into many limitations over the years with not having enough
IRQ's, my laptop has all IRQ's used with some things disabled, for
instance I either have my IR port working or my USB ports, but not both
at the same time. Sometimes you can shuffle things to get a workable
combination, you'll have to study your mobo's manual and the manuals for
reach of your cards.
