-=PCTechTalk=- Re: How To - MSN Messenger

the way I understand it you have to subscribe to MSN Premium before these tools
are available to parrents.
I haven't gone through the trouble of reading it but this is a page may be of
assistance

I am using Windows XP Pro and I am the administrator of the PC and I have a
question on how to block certain users from using MSN Messenger.
Currently there are 5 accounts on the PC (mine included) and I only wish to
allow Messenger access to myself and 1 other user.
Currently the other users are listed as "Limited Account" I wish to keep my
other 3 users from accessing MSN Messenger to chat without making drastic
changes to the PC via "GP Edit" or having to authorize each user per file on
the HD.

Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo! Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates
starting at 1¢/min.
