Did you try re-downloading the latest version from
http://desktop.google.com/? I tried it and got an "I agree" button next to
the Cancel button. Did you have a scrolling box with the license agreement
in it?

OMG, I'm sorry I didn't run it in a VM... I clicked Cancel instead of "I
agree" and it shows as installed properly on my PC. I didn't want it
installed! Grrr! Between yours and my experience, I'm thinking the install
is kinda buggy.

I click on the Taskbar/Toolbar to add the Address Bar but it isn't
there???????

Ok that is your laugh for the day :) Since no one has asked about it
lately.... but my question is about installing Google Deskbar. I run it and
when I get to where you have to agree to the terms before it will install, I

have no option to agree, no slot to check or accept. I tried just hitting
the Enter key and the A key but no luck. During the install the app is only
about 4"x4"
and see no option to full screen and have to CTRL/ALT/DEL to stop the app.
