Problem she has is that HP won't supply the drivers, cause its XP, and XP has 
the drivers built-in for her printer... one of the things I don't like about 
the HP website driver support.

| Suggest you don't take HP's word you have the most up-to-date
| and uninstall the current drivers.  Then go to HP site and
| download again.  Something may be corrupted in your present
| drivers because of another program you installed.
