Sandi,
Although you say you had no idea what you were doing, it sounds like
you've done everything right, here. I still don't buy the idea that the CAB
file is corrupted, so perhaps Cleanup isn't getting rid of everything you're
expecting it to clear. Go into Windows Explorer and check out the locations
I suggested in my earlier reply. You just might be surprised to find a copy
of that CAB file in one of them. If you do find one, delete it, empty the
Recycle Bin and then look through the rest of the folders. There may be
more than one. Still, I suspect that it's some other file that's causing
the problem and I'm hoping that it's also sitting in one of those temp
folders just waiting to be deleted.
